A strategic communications plan leads to 58% increase
The Menasha Corporation Foundation offers an annual scholarship program for children and dependents of its employees, but had been experiencing very low applications. I helped raise awareness of the program by developing a communications plan that included emails, intranet postings, slides for TV screens at each of the 100+ locations, a direct mailing to employees with children who are high school seniors, posters, table tents, and a social media post. I also executed all of the deliverables (writing, design, and delivery).
The communications resulted in a 58.8% YoY increase in applications!
